Meet Xavier
My name is Xavier Avila. I’m a dairy farmer, healthcare advocate, husband of 30 years, father of seven children, a lifelong resident of this district, and a fourth-generation Portuguese farmer.
From starting on my family’s farm at 12 years old, to owning my own dairy in 1992, to working with dairymen and farmers across the Valley, I’ve lived a life of Central Valley values. I served on the Land O’Lakes Corporate Board for nearly a decade where I focused on farm policy working with various organizations such as DairyCares and Ag Council of California.
With a passion for making our Valley better, I successfully fought for greater access to healthcare for our communities. I currently serve on the Tulare Hospital Board and Adventist Central Valley Network where we continue to increase quality care for our community families.

I’ve always put our Central Valley families and farmers first, now I want to be your next State Assemblyman so I can do the same in Sacramento.
I’ll always put our Central Valley values ahead of Sacramento politicians and their bureaucrats.
